"Losing my 13-year-old Shih Tzu, Georgie, was one of the hardest things I've ever had to go through. After making the heartbreaking decision to help him cross the Rainbow Bridge, I was completely devastated.
At first, I planned to have him cremated through my veterinarian's office, but the experience felt more like a transaction than a meaningful way to honor such a special member of my family. My boyfriend surprised me by contacting Schultz Cremation Center & Pet Crematory and arranging for Georgie to have a private cremation instead. I am so grateful he did.
From the very beginning, Schultz treated Georgie with the dignity, compassion, and love he deserved. When I returned to pick up his ashes, I was overwhelmed by the care and thoughtfulness they had put into every detail.
They included a beautiful clay paw print with his name and a small rhinestone heart, a lock of his fur carefully placed inside a leather paw print keychain engraved with his name, a precious nose print, and his ashes in the urn I had chosen. Every keepsake was beautifully presented, and it was clear that this wasn't just a service—it was a heartfelt tribute to my beloved boy.
I truly cannot express how much comfort their kindness brought me during such a painful time. They helped turn one of the worst days of my life into a beautiful farewell that honored Georgie's life and the unconditional love he gave me for 13 wonderful years.
If you ever have to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to a beloved pet—or even a human loved one—I wholeheartedly recommend Schultz Cremation Center & Pet Crematory. They go above and beyond to provide compassionate, respectful care, and I will always be grateful for everything they did for Georgie and for me.
Thank you, Schultz, for giving my sweet boy the beautiful goodbye he deserved. ❤️🐾🌈"
